Rositch Hemphill Architects is an award-wining architectural firm that has been repeatedly recognized for its successful projects. The focus of the firm is on residential projects ranging from townhouse and apartment developments to mixed-use commercial/residential projects to resort developments. A key aspect of the firm is the creation of great living environments.
Bryce Rositch, the principal in charge of this development, got his architecture degree from UBC. He has served in many community roles including six years on the Board of Governors at the University of British Columbia and the president of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia. Recent projects include the newly-released Memento apartment project in Burnaby and the recently- completed Hawthorne Building in Walnut Grove.
